Spell Capital Partners Announces Acquisition of All Star Corrugated

Minneapolis, MN - Spell Capital Partners is pleased to announce the acquisition of All Star Corrugated by the Spell Family Office. Headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, All Star Corrugated is a custom, flexible, quick-turn provider of corrugated packaging to the Dallas/Fort Worth ("DFW") market. Founded in 1983, All Star Corrugated operates out of 78,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space and works closely with each individual client and product to develop custom packaging solutions to deliver superior box and wrapping solutions at competitive prices.
