Parkwood Area Lift Station Consolidation Project

Project updates from the contractor, Carolina Civilworks, Inc.
-
Work along Sedwick Road will take place beginning the week of September 22.
- Parking along Sedwick Road will not be permitted between the hours of 7 a.m. - 7 p.m., M-F. Notifications and temporary no parking signs along affected areas are being installed.
- Work behind Newhall Road, Pendleton Court and Elmset Lane is finishing up and restoration of those construction areas is in process.
- Work at the pump station off of Grandale Drive and behind Kandes Court continues. This work will be ongoing for several months.
- Work behind Dedmon Court has begun.
