New capability gives health systems visibility and control across external services, suppliers, projects and services spend
Aya Healthcare, the nation's largest healthcare workforce solutions technology and staffing company, announced Services Procurement, a new capability within its LotusOne workforce platform that helps hospitals and health systems manage project-based services and statement of work (SOW) engagements, alongside contingent labor.
Consulting engagements, IT initiatives, capital projects and external audit services often sit outside the systems used to manage employees and contingent labor. These engagements can involve multiple suppliers, service agreements and project commitments, making it difficult for leaders to track progress, understand spend and maintain consistent oversight.
LotusOne Services Procurement brings services, suppliers, projects and spend into a centralized view. Procurement, finance and project management teams can monitor project milestones, track financial commitments against budgets and evaluate supplier performance. These capabilities help health systems strengthen accountability, reduce fragmentation and make more informed decisions about external services.
"Healthcare leaders need a clear view of spending, supplier commitments and how work is progressing," said Jason Drucker, Chief Product Officer at Aya Healthcare. "By connecting workforce and services activity in LotusOne, we're helping leaders manage resources more effectively and hold suppliers accountable for results."
