Lakewood Youth Sports Hall of Fame nominations for the 44th annual sports awards program are due Thursday, Dec. 4, 2025.
The awards banquet will take place on Feb. 23, 2026.
The 2025 Athlete of the Year, Performers of the Year and Special Achievement awards will be selected based on data supplied in nominations.
Athletes must live or attend school in Lakewood to be eligible.
Submit the completed nomination forms to the Recreation and Community Services Department at City Hall by Dec. 4.
