MIDDLETOWN, Pa. - The Penn State Harrisburg Lambert Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Harrisburg LaunchBox powered by Penn State, along with the School of Business Administration and the Professional Sales Education Center, will host the second annual AI in Sales Symposium on March 25.
The event, which is part of the Truist Empowering Entrepreneurs Executive Seminar Series, will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Room 210 of the Capital Union Building on campus. The event is open to the public. A networking lunch is included.

The symposium, led by Hossein Hashemi, assistant professor of marketing, and Darrell Bartholomew, associate professor of marketing, focuses on how AI - artificial intelligence - is transforming the sales industry. The day brings together industry leaders, academics and students for discussions and networking opportunities centered on AI's impact on modern sales strategies and technologies.
Keynote speaker for the event is Howard Dover, clinical professor of marketing and director for professional sales at University of Texas at Dallas. Suresh Madhuvarsu, chief executive officer and co-founder of Product10X and SalesTable, will serve as executive guest speaker.
The event includes a hands-on demonstration of an AI/sales product.
