Kirkland & Ellis is advising Blackstone on its acquisition of a €2.3 billion portfolio of real estate industrial assets. The portfolio, purchased from Proudreed, spans 2 million square metres of flexible industrial space located in France.

The Kirkland team includes corporate lawyers Vincent Ponsonnaille, Matthew Elliott, Guillaume Nivault, Gregory Scott, Irfan Ahmed and Charles Hébert.
