Cary, NC - More than 180 artists from across North Carolina will gather in Cary for the annual Spring Daze Arts & Crafts Festival at Bond Park on Saturday, April 25, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. A beloved spring tradition, Spring Daze is a juried art show featuring artists from across the state, including 19 artists from Cary. The festival offers an expansive art market, live entertainment across three stages, delicious festival food, and Cary's annual Earth Day celebration all in one vibrant, family-friendly event.

The Kid Collectors Market returns this year and gives children aged 6 to 12 the chance to start their own art collection by purchasing small, donated works of art for just $5. Each piece includes the artist's name and booth location, giving young collectors and their families the opportunity to connect with the artist behind the work. Festivalgoers can also explore Community Cove, featuring interactive, hands-on activities presented by local nonprofit organizations.

Spring Daze celebrates Earth Day with the return of Earth Day Lane. This dedicated section of the festival focused on sustainability, environmental education, and hands-on experiences where festivalgoers can connect with environmental experts, and explore eco-friendly practices, They can also participate in interactive activities designed to inspire greener living.

In addition, Spring Daze continues its commitment to sustainability. Initiatives include composting, waste diversion, and the use of BPI-certified compostable serviceware by food vendors. These actions help reduce the festival's environmental footprint and keep Cary festivals sustainable for the future.

"Spring Daze is one of those days where Cary really shows off in the best way," said Jenna Kostka, Events & Festivals Supervisor for Cary's Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Resources Department. "You can wander through the almost 200 booths discovering incredible North Carolina artists, grab something delicious, catch live music, and maybe even watch a kid proudly pick out their very first piece of art. It's a chance to slow down, explore, and soak up the creativity that fills Bond Park for the day."

With limited parking at Bond Park, patrons are encouraged to utilize alternative means of getting to the festival. A complimentary bike valet will be available at the White Oak Creek Greenway festival entrance.
