Nationwide Children’s Hospital Opens New Close To HomeSM Center with Urgent Care in Grove City

(COLUMBUS, Ohio) - Beginning today, Nationwide Children's Hospital will provide expanded specialized pediatric outpatient services for the Grove City community and surrounding areas at a new Close To Home^SMcenter. The new center located at 1350 Stringtown Road will offer convenient access to care under one roof.

The Grove City Close To Home^SMCenter offers the following clinical services:

• Urgent Care
• Laboratory services
• Radiology
• Developmental occupational therapy, physical therapy and speech pathology
• Pediatrics of Grove City (offering primary care services)
• Sports and orthopedic physical therapy
• Sports medicine (coming fall 2026)
• Sleep medicine (coming summer 2026)

Close To Home^SM centers offer community-based diagnostic and therapeutic services for newborns, children and young adults, with services varying by location. With the opening of the Grove City center, Nationwide Children's operates 26 Close To Home^SM centers. A Chillicothe location is set to open winter 2026 and plans are currently in development for Ontario and New Albany locations in late 2027.
