Production Migration of CARS Services and APH Calculator - Date Change
BACKGROUND:
The Actual Production History Calculator (APH Calc) and data integration services that support the Compliance Activity and Results System (CARS) will be migrated to Amazon Web Service (AWS), a cloud computing platform, on Friday January 23, 2026.
ACTION:
As a follow up to COM-26-001 published on January 15, 2026, there has been a change in the migration date for CARS Services and APH Calculator to AWS from January 18, 2026, to January 23, 2026. The migration will begin at approximately 9:00 pm CST and end around 4:00pm CST. The priority is to ensure a smooth transition to AWS with minimal disruption. However, there is a possibility that technical issues that arise during migration could impact system functionality, and the affected applications may experience temporary downtime.
