Rulers of Fortune: Netflix Gathers Cast To Celebrate The Start Of Season 2 Production

Rio de Janeiro, June 18, 2026 - Netflix announced today the official start of production on Season 2 of Rulers of Fortune , the hit fiction series that dives deep into the power struggles and family dynamics within Rio's underground gambling empire (known as jogo do bicho). To kick off the new season, the cast and special guests gathered at the Acadêmicos da Rocinha samba school in Rio de Janeiro for a special table read, complete with authentic samba and feijoada. In attendance were returning stars Adriano Garib , André Lamoglia , Bruno Mazzeo , Chico Diaz , Dandara Mariana , Giullia Buscaccio , Henrique Barreira , Juliana Paes , Mel Maia , Pedro Lamin , Ruan Aguiar , and Stepan Nercessian .
