Black Oak Associates Completes Redevelopment of Denton Plaza, in Denton, MD

Towson, MD- Black Oak Associates, Towson, MD, has recently completed the redevelopment of Denton Plaza, a 100,000 square foot retail shopping center located in Denton, Maryland and shadow-anchored by Walmart.

Since initiating the redevelopment in 2014, Black Oak Associates and the KLNB Retail leasing team have attracted 9 new tenants: 404 Taphouse, Turning Heads Salon, Dollar Tree, Petco, Rite Aid, Sleepy's, Verizon, ChoiceOne Urgent Care, and Liberty Tax. Black Oak Associates expects to announce additional tenants that will be joining the shopping center in the coming months.

Vendors that worked on the redevelopment project included KLNB Retail (leasing broker), Bowman Consulting (civil engineer), Glen Arm Building Company (general contractor), and JP2 Architects (architect).
