Towson, MD- Black Oak Associates, Towson, MD, has recently completed the development of two 4,000 square foot pad-sites at Unity Village Shoppes.

Since initiating the development in late 2015, Black Oak Associates has attracted 3 new tenants: Starbucks, Verizon, and PetValu. The pad-sites are now 100% leased.
