Eric Lovenduski, Jean Zodrow, PhD, IBERAD, and Jean Cordova will present at the Colorado Environmental Management Society (CEMS) Fall Conference on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, in Denver, Colorado.

Eric will present "A Simple Vapor Intrusion Site Closure Approach in Colorado," and Jean will present "The Important Role Risk Assessors Have in ACL Development."

Eric is a Principal Environmental Scientist based in New York with more than 25 years of experience focused on soil and groundwater contamination. He specializes in evaluating and mitigating vapor intrusion and supporting carbon capture, utilization, and storage projects. Eric has provided technical support to clients on vapor-intrustion-related matters for chlorinated volatile organic compounds and methane at nearly 100 sites across North America, as well as at sites in South America and Australia.

Jean is a Principal Scientist based in Colorado with more than 20 years of experience focused on toxicology, ecological risk assessment, site characterization, regulatory guidance, and risk-based screening criteria and ecological risk assessment of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). Throughout her career, Jean has worked on complex projects and portfolios, leading multidisciplinary teams to support clients and meet regulatory objectives.

Jean is a Senior Professional Consultant with more than 20 years of experience in water resources and stormwater management, with a strong focus on municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) permitting and compliance, as well as inspections, runoff control planning, audits, and program leadership. She also contributes to water-quality standards for mining projects, offering a unique perspective on protecting water across the Rocky Mountains.

The CEMS Fall Conference brings together environmental professionals, industry leaders, regulators, and legal practitioners to discuss emerging environmental challenges, regulatory developments, and practical solutions.
