O Presidente da República presidiu, em Lisboa, à sessão institucional de abertura da 2.ª edição da "The Lisbon Conference", promovida pelo canal NOW e com curadoria de José Manuel Durão Barroso, que decorre sob o tema "As grandes transformações globais num mundo de incertezas" e com o mote do debate "transição ou rutura?".
