Farm Credit Administration.
Notice of a modified system of records.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Farm Credit Administration (FCA or Agency) is amending an existing system of records, FCA-5-Assignments and Communication Tracking System-FCA. The Assignments and Communication Tracking System-FCA system is used to track draft correspondence and other memoranda, employee assignments, and notes from oral and written correspondence and communications between FCA and FCSIC staff and external parties. This information is used for reference and aids Agency management in its deliberations. The Agency is updating the notice to reflect changes to the system name, the categories of individuals, the records maintained in the system, the record source categories, the system purpose, and the Policies and Practices for Storage of Records' and the Administrative, Technical, and Physical Safeguards' sections. Additionally, a modification to a routine use for the system has been made.
You may send written comments on or before November 28, 2026. The FCA filed an amended System Report with Congress and the Office of Management and Budget on October 29, 2026. This notice will become effective without further publication on December 8, 2026, unless modified by a subsequent notice to incorporate comments received from the public.
