the upcoming Invincible VS video game, today shares Skybound Entertainment's
announcement of 18 new Invincible licensing partnerships with a growing roster
of premier U.S. and international merchandise companies including LIDS, Super7,
Surreal Entertainment, and Steady Hands. This announcement comes just ahead of
the Invincible Animated Series' Season 4 debut on March 18th and the release of
the tournament-quality superhero tag fighting game Invincible VS from developer
Quarter Up on April 30th.

Skybound's Invincible licensing and partnerships program continues to build on a
strong, established network of dozens of best-in-class licensees. Since Season
1, key partners across direct-to-consumer, retail, and hobby channels have
helped bring Invincible consumer products to life.

The third season of Invincible set a new milestone as Prime Video's most-watched
animated season of all time, and with fan fervor higher than ever, Skybound's
licensing partners are bringing the Invincible universe directly to fans with
merchandise across an even broader range of categories, including apparel, toys
and collectibles, games, and more.

In addition to its domestic partnerships, Skybound is focused on growing its
international presence through collaborations with leading global merchandise
and collectibles companies including Heathside Trading Ltd, Pyramid
International, Fotorama, and Cool Things.

Co-financed by 5th Planet Games, Invincible VS is the first major game set in
the Invincible universe. Built from the ground up, the game features
fan-favorite characters, iconic locations, bone-breaking combos and
tournament-quality brutal superhuman tag fighting gameplay. Invincible VS will
launch for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC on April 30, 2026, with
pre-orders now live at select global retailers. Physical boxed editions of
Invincible VS will be distributed across the Nordic region by 5th Planet Games
under its partnership agreements with Nordisk Interactive A/S and across Eastern
Europe in partnership with Glomerk SA.

produce fully licensed apparel collections for retailers worldwide. C-Life's
Invincible license includes adult tees and fleece.

Cryptozoic
Cryptozoic Entertainment is a fan-focused entertainment company dedicated to

worldwide. Cryptozoic's Invincible license includes tabletop games, including
the Invincible Deck-Building Game.

LIDS' Invincible license includes headwear, tees, and customized accessories,
