South Bow Settles 2022 Keystone Spill as Expansion Plans Press Forward
ExpandKeystone XL pipeline project crews establish a worker encampment in Valley County, Montana, in April 2020. Work on the project was called off in one of the first acts of President Joe Biden's administration in 2021.
