SuperStroke Goes Super Spooky With This Year’s Day of the Dead Collection
While COBRA leads the league in limited-edition creativity, SuperStroke isn't far behind.
In fact, this year's eagerly anticipated Day of the Dead collection might just put SuperStroke in a (pardon the pun) dead heat.
This collection is less Halloween-ie and more Dia de los Muertos, Mexico's 48-hour Day of the Dead celebration. It features colorful putter grips and headcovers adorned with vibrant Sugar Skulls and floral designs that will brighten anyone's journey into the hereafter.

What is the SuperStroke Day of the Dead collection?
Mexico celebrates Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) on Nov. 1 and 2. Its roots predate Spanish colonization to the time of the Aztecs. It later combined with traditional Catholic observances of All Saints Day (Nov. 1) and All Souls Day (Nov. 2) to celebrate deceased loved ones through, well, a big party. The holiday celebrates death as a natural part of the human journey and basically tells the Grim Reaper that no one here is afraid of you.
So what better way to celebrate the dearly departed and give death the middle finger than with putter grips and headcovers?

The Dia de los Muertos putters grips are available in three styles: the SuperStroke Pistol 1.0, the Tour 2.0 and the 2.0 PT and run $39.99 each.
The headcovers are sold out (they have a waitlist for restocks) but are cool nonetheless. The blade headcover is black with colorful Dia de los Muertos flowers and accents. The standard and center-shafted mallet headcovers feature the requisite smiling skull. They run $64.99 each.
The T-shirt is basic black with the holiday flowery skull emblazoned on the back. It's $44.99 in medium through 3XL.
They're bright enough and fun enough to let us laugh at death. That's important because, as we all know, death will ultimately get the last laugh on us.
