Statement from State Auditor Dave Boliek

State Auditor Dave Boliek issued the following statement on House Bill 958:
"Audits work to instill trust and integrity through professional, independent examinations. An audit by the North Carolina Office of the State Auditor examining the processes and procedures of elections would bring transparency and accountability to voters. What sows mistrust is a partisan governor that chooses political posturing over constructive dialogue."
