BCA Prepares Rp42.1 Trillion Cash & Launches a Promotion to Welcome Christmas and New Year 2026

Jakarta, 13 December 2025 - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) projects cash demand of IDR 42.1 trillion during the Christmas 2025 and New Year 2026 (Nataru) period. This projection marks an increase compared to the previous year's Nataru period, in line with the stable trend in cash transactions toward the year-end.

President Direktur BCA Hendra Lembong said, "BCA strives to ensure the availability of banking services, both in terms of cash, products, and services, so that customers can conduct transactions safely and comfortably during the Christmas and New Year holidays. We hope that the availability of cash during this period will sufficiently meet the public's needs for various purposes. BCA is also presenting a variety of promotions during the Nataru period to support economic circulation in the community, which in turn will help drive national economic growth."

In addition to anticipating increased transaction activity through the provision of cash and comprehensive banking services, BCA is offering a range of attractive year-end promotions through the BCA Year End Salebration 2025, which runs until January 4, 2026. The program features various special offers and discounts of up to 50% across multiple categories, including fashion & lifestyle, hotels, gadgets & electronics, travel, e-commerce, as well as food and beverages from a wide selection of favorite merchants. The projected cash requirement for this year's Nataru period covers 21 December 2025 (H-4 before Christmas) through 4 January 2026. Based on internal analysis, an increase in cash demand is expected to begin on 22 December 2025, with peak cash withdrawal transactions anticipated on 31 December 2025.

Throughout the holiday period, BCA also encourages customers to utilize its digital channels, including myBCA, BCA mobile, and KlikBCA, to meet their daily transaction needs. The Halo BCA service at 1500888 is also available 24 hours a day to assist customers whenever needed.
