Brenda Snyder, Academic Affairs
"As her supervisor in the Provost's Office, I have had the pleasure of witnessing Tammy's dedication, professionalism and positive impact on our team firsthand. Tammy consistently goes above and beyond in her role. She demonstrates a high level of responsibility, attention to detail and commitment to excellence in every task. Particularly, her diligence and technical support of the Student Feedback Instrument (SFI) process is to be admired. Whether tackling complex projects or supporting colleagues, she approaches challenges with creativity and determination. Her willingness to take initiative and her reliability make her an invaluable asset to Kutztown University.

In addition to her impressive work ethic, Tammy is always eager to help others. She fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment. She is our office's "go-to" person for technical assistance, especially with Excel. Her contributions have not only improved our workflow but have also enhanced team morale.

Tammy's outstanding performance and commitment to the Provost's Office and all offices across the university, merit recognition as Employee of the Month. Her dedication and hard work reflect the university's mission and strategic goals."

"I'd like to recommend Tammy for her incredible support and teamwork. Tammy helped me settle into my role from day one and is always the person I can count on to tackle technical tasks quickly and accurately. She taught me how to make updates on our office website, shares smart ideas for improving efficiency in the Provost Office and across campus, and makes every workday better with great conversation and genuine kindness. Tammy is a huge asset to our team."

Tammy Wert, Academic Affairs
"Tammy is an exceptional employee who consistently demonstrates her dedication, making her an invaluable asset to our department and the university as a whole.

Tammy's customer service skills are nothing short of exemplary. She actively listens to the concerns of our diverse university stakeholders, including students, families, faculty, staff, as well as business and community members. Tammy communicates with remarkable empathy and patience, even in the most challenging situations. Her extensive institutional knowledge allows her to resolve issues swiftly and efficiently, and when necessary, she knows exactly when to refer matters to the appropriate channels.

In addition to her outstanding customer service, Tammy is a fantastic team member. She is incredibly adaptable and flexible, always willing to adjust to new situations in the office. Her collaborative spirit shines through as other staff members frequently seek her advice on technology matters. Tammy is not just a great colleague but also an excellent teacher, taking the time to share her knowledge and support team members. Her ability to analyze issues and brainstorm effective solutions contributes significantly to increasing efficiencies within the university.

For these reasons and many more, I firmly believe that Tammy Becker is highly deserving of the Employee of the Month award. Her dedication, skills and positive influence are invaluable, and I am confident that she will continue to be a driving force in our department and beyond."
