Brass Ring Capital Welcomes Marissa Bullis to the Team

Brass Ring Capital is pleased to announce that Marissa Bullis recently joined the firm to support the ongoing growth of the business. Marissa is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, structuring transactions and monitoring portfolio companies. Prior to joining Brass Ring Capital, Marissa was part of the restructuring group at Houlihan Lokey where she focused on distressed transactions across a variety of sectors. Marissa was also involved in corporate development at APi Group where she focused on growth strategy across the HVAC segment. Marissa graduated magna cum laude from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois with a B.A. in economics.
