First Service Bank Promotes Morgan Taylor to Little Rock Branch Manager and Metro Business Development Manager

GREENBRIER, Ark. - First Service Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Morgan Taylor to Little Rock Branch Manager and Metro Business Development Manager.

In his new role, Taylor will lead the overall operations, performance, and business development efforts of the Little Rock Branch while providing leadership and support for the bank's Metro Business Development team. He will focus on strengthening customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, supporting business development initiatives across the metro market, and helping drive First Service Bank's continued growth throughout Central Arkansas.

Taylor joined First Service Bank three and a half years ago as Business Development Officer and Branch Manager for Little Rock. With more than 15 years of banking experience, he has built a reputation for developing strong customer relationships and helping businesses achieve their financial goals.

"What excites me most about this new position is the opportunity to help others succeed," said Taylor. "I look forward to building relationships across different markets, supporting our Business Development team, and contributing to the continued growth of First Service Bank."

"Morgan has been an important part of our team, and we're excited to see him take on this expanded role," said Brittany Witham, Vice President of Retail Operations. "His ability to build relationships, support our customers, and identify opportunities for growth makes him a great fit to help lead our business development efforts across the metro market.

A native of Little Rock, Taylor graduated from the University of Central Arkansas. He enjoys building relationships with customers and coworkers and believes the people are what make First Service Bank special.

"The great part of community banking is the opportunity to invest in the communities we serve while supporting local businesses, organizations, individuals, and families," Taylor said. "That's the First Service Bank way of banking, and I'm proud to be part of it."

Taylor believes this new opportunity allows him to serve customers, coworkers, and communities in a broader capacity while helping First Service Bank continue to grow throughout the metro market.
