Climate Nonprofit Planet Reimagined, Founded By Activist And Musician Adam Met, Launches First-Of-Its-Kind AI Policy-Accelerator

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 17 (NEW YORK, NY) -Planet Reimagined, the climate nonprofit founded by activist, musician, author, and educator Adam Met, today announced the launch ofGrapevine, a first-of-its-kind AI-powered policy accelerator designed to help communities rapidly adopt and implement proven climate solutions. Grapevine is built on a simple idea: good ideas should travel faster. As federal priorities shift, state and local governments are increasingly on the front lines of tackling everything from decarbonizing energy, transit, and construction to good jobs and affordable housing. Yet across sectors, jurisdictions encounter a persistent gap between ambitious plans and execution.

The program aims to close that gap by identifying policies and programs that have succeeded in one community and translating them into customized, actionable strategies for others. Combining advances in artificial intelligence with deep policy expertise, the platform analyzes complex real-world data to reveal not only which policies work, but why they gain traction and how their success can be replicated elsewhere.

Grapevine works by synthesizing information from hyperlocal records, government data portals, city council debates, official policy reports, and broader public opinion. From this data, it reconstructs the anatomy of successful implementation, mapping the strategic coalitions, administrative pathways, funding structures, persuasive messaging, and political conditions that helped a policy move forward.

This launch builds on Planet Reimagined's ongoing work as an incubator for creative solutions at the intersection of policy, research, culture, and civic engagement. Their flagship initiatives also include Common Grounds, in which theydevelop practical federal and state energy policy. The program has been introduced in the House of Representatives and Senate, supported by both Republicans and Democrats, and will unlock millions of acres of legacy oil and gas land for new solar, wind, and clean energy transmission across the U.S. The other key initiative, Amplify, brings real advocacy, where the crowd already is. Powered by artists like Billie Eilish, Tyler Childers, and Renee Rapp, Amplify brings civic action to concerts and sports with partners like REVERB and Live Nation.
