Advisor Industry Makes Strides to Attract Female Advisors, Clients
Even as firms launch new initiatives to attract and retain female advisors, women remain underrepresented in financial services despite controlling a growing share of personal wealth. CFP Board data point to a meaningful pipeline shift, with the number of women earning CFP® certification jumping 50% in 2025 to 25,601 from the 17,050 recorded in 2015.
