Recovered Stolen Vehicle
(PEORIA, IL) On Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at approximately 11:38 p.m., Peoria Police officers observed a U-Haul van, previously reported stolen, parked at a business in the 7800 block of N. University.
Officers made contact with the driver inside the business and took him into custody without incident. The driver was identified as 39-year-old Robert B. Turnbull.
Turnbull was arrested for Motor Vehicle Theft and for three active warrants. He was transported to the Peoria County Jail.
