About the Role

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate marketing and communications projects across division programs
• Manage and schedule the marketing calendar, including social media content
• Collaborate with City MarCom staff and external vendors
• Support community events, outreach campaigns, and public education
• Create written, visual, and presentation materials
• Track projects using tools such as Airtable and Asana
• Assist with budgets, invoices, and contract coordination
