Sync fitness tracker to automatically earn My Wellness points; Go Move challenge runs through Feb. 28

Employees and their spouses can automatically earn one My Wellness point for each day they take at least 8,000 steps, up to a maximum of 200 points, simply by syncing their fitness device to the My Wellness portal. Participants can also manually record each 8,000-step day, though syncing a tracker allows for the most seamless experience.

Many devices and apps are compatible with the wellness portal. See the FAQ document for more information and instructions for syncing.

In addition to the point earned each day for achieving 8,000 steps, participants can also earn an additional point each day for logging 30 minutes of physical activity, such as biking, swimming, fitness class, sports, hiking, gardening or other activities that get you moving.
