Axoltis Pharma to attend Neuroscience 2026

We are pleased to announce that Dr Yann Godfrin, CEO/CSO of Axoltis Pharma, and Dr Annette Janus, CMO, will attend Neuroscience 2026, the annual meeting of the Society for Neuroscience. The event will take place at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC, USA, from November 14 to 18, 2026.

The topline results of SEALS Phase 2 clinical study in patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) will be presented during the poster session being held November 15 (Posters #091.02 and #091.08).

Presentations will include endpoint analyses up to 4 months follow-up and digital twins' predictive simulations performed by InSilicotrial to support evidence-based decision making. The SEALS study builds on cumulative findings and provides key insights to inform the design of an optimized repeated-dose regimen for a further confirmatory study.

The reduction in rate of functional decline observed up to 4 months, as assessed by the ALSFRS-R slope, together with a favorable safety and tolerability profile comparable to what was observed during Phase 1 trials in healthy volunteers, supports a good benefit-risk profile in patients with ALS.

These findings provide an important rationale for continuing the clinical development of NX210c, with discussions underway regarding potential strategic collaborations.
