GlobeSt. Names Nicole Rice a 2026 Woman of Influence
GlobeSt. announced the class of 2026 for its Women of Influence Awards, recognizing Nicole Rice in the Consultant/Advisor/Independent Professional category. This annual award celebrates individuals in commercial real estate for their professional achievements, advancement of the industry and the role of women within it, and commitment to their community.
Located in Langan's Pittsburgh office, Rice is an Associate Principal with more than 20 years of environmental engineering experience. She has managed numerous environmental remediation and redevelopment projects, guiding clients from pre-development due diligence through the remediation/construction phase. Rice oversees Langan's environmental due diligence, site remediation, and brownfield redevelopment services for e-commerce projects, having assessed and/or remediated more than 1,000 sites across the United States throughout her career.
Since 1983, GlobeSt. has awarded women in commercial real estate for their contributions to the industry. The organization honored its class of 2026 during the Women of Influence awards dinner in Denver, CO, on July 13.
