Dentons US welcomes Tricia Brauer as Real Estate partner

Chicago-Dentons US announces today that Tricia Brauer has joined the Firm's Real Estate practice as a partner. Her practice sits at the intersection of real estate, construction, infrastructure and technology, where she advises owners, developers, contractors, technology companies and infrastructure sponsors on the development, financing, procurement and delivery of complex projects across a broad range of asset classes.

Brauer has more than a decade of experience guiding clients through the development, procurement, financing and delivery of large-scale projects across the transportation, telecommunications, energy, health care and technology sectors. She is particularly recognized for helping clients navigate projects involving emerging technologies, public funding and complex stakeholder environments, developing practical solutions where construction, technology and regulatory requirements converge.

Prior to joining Dentons US, Brauer served as head of legal and compliance for the North American operations of a UK-based renewable energy company. Her work supported the company's expansion and delivery of electric vehicle fleets, charging infrastructure and battery storage solutions. She led legal strategy for the development and financing of energy storage and infrastructure projects across the United States and Canada and navigated critical regulatory and funding frameworks tied to public incentives at the federal, state and utility levels. Earlier in her career, she held senior legal roles supporting major development, technology and infrastructure initiatives and advised on smart city, telecommunications, connected infrastructure and technology-enabled development initiatives.

Brauer's extensive background in both private practice and in-house environments enables her to provide practical, business-focused advice to executives, project sponsors and development teams. In addition to advising on high-value transactions and projects, she has built and led legal and compliance functions supporting complex project portfolios and strategic growth initiatives.
