State Street Corporation and State Street Bank and Trust Company’s Combined $2 Billion Senior Notes Offerings

Cravath represented the banks in connection with the combined $2 billion senior notes offerings of State Street Corporation and State Street Bank and Trust Company, providers of a broad range of financial products and services to institutional investors worldwide. The transactions closed on October 20, 2026.
