Free Sandbags
During the rainy season, most LA County fire stations provide free sand and sandbags to individuals whose homes are prone to flooding. In Diamond Bar, these stations are:

This is a self-serve service so be sure to bring work gloves and shovels for sandbag filling. There is a limit of 25 sandbags per household. Calling the fire station before visiting is strongly recommended to confirm availability of supplies.
