Dentons appoints corporate partner Jack Donelan in London

London-Dentons, the world's largest global law firm, has appointed Jack Donelan as a corporate partner in London.

Jack has built a leading mid-market private equity practice and advises financial sponsors and corporate clients on all aspects of their investments, including acquisitions, portfolio company matters and exits.

Alongside his sponsor-side practice across multiple industry sectors, Jack's wider practice also includes advising affiliated platforms and financial institutions, as well as co-counsel mandates, M&A and general corporate work.
