Prémio António Champalimaud de Visão 2025
O Presidente da República presidiu à cerimónia de entrega do Prémio António Champalimaud de Visão 2025, que este ano galardoou as seguintes instituições pelo trabalho desenvolvido no terreno na área da visão, Lions Clubs International Foundation (LCIF) and SightFirst Program, The International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness (IAPB), e The Fred Hollows Foundation.
No final do seu discurso, o Presidente Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa condecorou o cientista António Coutinho, com o grau de Grã-Cruz da Ordem Militar Sant'Iago da Espada, e a título póstumo, o médico Henrique Nabais com o grau de Grande Oficial da Ordem do Mérito.
