SAN DIEGO - Caltrans will close the northbound Interstate 5 (I-5) connector to southbound State Route 75 (SR-75) and southbound State Route 15 (SR-15) to northbound I-5 on Thursday, June 25, from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. for sign replacement.

Motorists on northbound SR-75 may continue north on SR-75 towards the northbound I-5 connector, exit on the 19th Street/J Street off-ramp, then turn left on J Street and utilize the southbound I-5 on-ramp.

Motorists on the southbound I-15 will be detoured onto the southbound I-5 connector, use the W 8th Street off-ramp, turn left onto W 8th Street, and turn left onto the northbound I-5.

Motorists are reminded to be Work Zone Alert if traveling in the area and to watch for highway workers and moving construction equipment.

The work schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions, traffic incidents, or other work-related reasons.
