Currency custom fields for jobs and openings

For customers on our Legacy Plus, Plus, and Enterprise plans, you can now create currency custom fields on both jobs and openings. This makes it easier to store pay-related information directly on each record, rather than relying on workarounds or using another field type.

This is especially helpful for teams that want to track compensation-related details more consistently, including when comparing values. Here's an example of using the currency custom field value in approvals by comparing an Opening's currency custom field value with an offer's Salary value. In this case, an additional approval step applies when the offer's salary exceeds the opening's currency custom field value.
