June 17: Arianespace deploys largest Leo payload to date, with 36 satellites launched from Europe's Spaceport
Leo Europe 3 (LE-03) launched Wednesday, June 17 at 5:51 a.m. PT / 12:51 a.m. UTC from Europe's Spaceport in Kourou, French Guiana aboard Ariane 6.
LE-03 brings Amazon to 367 spacecraft deployed, and marks 100 Leo satellites launched by Arianespace, with three missions completed in less than five months.

LE-03 used Ariane 6's upgraded P160C solid boosters, enabling 36 satellites to be deployed-four more than the previous two Ariane 6 missions, which each deployed 32 satellites-making it the largest payload launched to date for both Amazon Leo and Arianespace.
Every additional satellite deployed expands coverage and capacity for customers ahead of an initial service rollout this year.
July 3: Amazon Leo will launch 29 satellites on its next mission with ULA
United Launch Alliance (ULA) is targeting Friday, July 3 at 12:03 a.m. EDT for our Leo Atlas 8 (LA-08) mission. Named LA-08 for Amazon's eighth launch on a ULA Atlas V rocket, the mission will send another 29 satellites to low Earth orbit. The mission will launch from Space Launch Complex-41 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. LA-08 marks Amazon Leo's eighth and final launch on Atlas V, as we transition to ULA's next-generation Vulcan Centaur rocket for future missions.
