Milan, 29 January 2026 - Sirti Digital Solutions S.p.A. (SDS), the Tech Company of the Sirti Group, enabling the transition from the digital economy to the Artificial Intelligence economy through solutions in networking, cybersecurity, Data & IoT, Data Centers and Smart Infrastructures, announces the appointment of Ivana Borrelli as Chief Marketing Officer, further reinforcing its leadership in advanced digital solutions and portfolio development strategies.

The executive will report directly to Massimiliano De Carolis, CEO of Sirti Digital Solutions. With over 30 years of experience, Ivana Borrelli has built a solid professional track record in the Telecommunications, Digital Marketing, Media & Entertainment, Cloud Services, IoT and 5G solutions sectors, demonstrating a proven ability to lead complex and innovative projects-from offer definition to go-to-market strategy and operational execution-while holding full responsibility for costs and revenues.

Borrelli has held key roles in leading companies such as TIM, Telecom Italia, EMC2 (now Dell), Reply, Olivetti and EDS, with responsibilities ranging from technological innovation management to the development of value-added mobile services, as well as projects in the Over-The-Top domain such as TimVision, Virtual Reality and Artificial Intelligence.

Before joining Sirti Digital Solutions, she served as Head of Marketing, Sales Planning and Sales Support for the National Strategic Hub (Polo Strategico Nazionale), contributing to the country's Public Administration digital transformation and to the PNRR 1.1 objective of providing administrations with a sovereign, secure and sustainable cloud system.

In her new role at Sirti Digital Solutions, Ivana Borrelli will bring her ability to integrate technological vision, engineering expertise and commercial strategy, supporting the development of highly competitive solutions and positioning the company as a key partner in the transition from the digital economy to the AI economy.
