Investar Hires Chief Administrative Officer

Baton Rouge, La. - Investar Bank, National Association ("Investar") is pleased to announce the hiring of Holly Martin-Picou, PHP, SHRM-CP as Chief Administrative Officer, Executive Vice President.
In this role, Holly oversees internal administrative functions including Human Resources. She provides strategic leadership to critical support roles, streamlining daily operations to bolster the bank's overall growth objectives.
With over 30 years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and administrative management, Holly brings a track record of optimizing organizational efficiency. Prior to joining Investar, Holly served as Chief Administrative Officer at CSRS, LLC and spent 15 years with York Risk Services Group leading talent acquisition and human resources.
