Alaric Jackson Suspended Two Games

NEW YORK - Oct. 13, 2026 - Los Angeles Rams offensive lineman Alaric Jackson has been suspended without pay for two games for an act of unsportsmanlike conduct following Monday's game against the Buffalo Bills.

After the game, as players were shaking hands and exchanging jerseys, Jackson struck Buffalo linebacker Bradley Chubb in the face after a brief confrontation, violating Rule 12, Section 3, Article 1, which applies to "any act which is contrary to the generally understood principles of sportsmanship."

Jackson will be eligible to return to the Rams' active roster on Monday, October 26, following the team's October 18 game against the Arizona Cardinals and October 25 game against the Las Vegas Raiders.

Under the Collective Bargaining Agreement, Jackson may appeal the suspension. Any appeal will be heard and decided upon by either Derrick Brooks, Jordy Nelson, Ron Rivera, or James Thrash, the hearing officers jointly appointed and compensated by the NFL and NFLPA to decide appeals of on-field player discipline.
