Check Out Riverbend March Programs

Riverbend Park is located at 9060 Indiantown Road, Jupiter. For more information, visit www.pbcnature.com. All programs are by online reservation only, unless otherwise stated. Please register online at www.pbcparks.com under "Online Services." Click Register/Pay for Program or visit the office to register and pay. All participants are required to sign a Program Participation Form before each program. All children must be accompanied by an adult. All programs run for approximately 90 minutes, depending on participants' experience level. Please bring drinking water, sunscreen and insect repellent to each program. Activities promote environmental and historical awareness, conservation and recreation, and educate the community on health and wellness.

NATURALIST WALKS
Thursdays, 1 p.m.

All ages, FREE (Reservations required)
Join naturalists each week for a one-hour guided walk exploring the trails of Riverbend Park. It's a great way to become familiar with the park's plant and animal communities and trails. Call 561-741-1359 to reserve a spot.

REPTILE ENCOUNTERS
Wednesdays, 2:30 p.m.

All ages, FREE (Reservations not required)
Join naturalists each week for a short meet-and-greet with one of the resident reptile ambassadors. Call 561-741-1359 to reserve a spot.

BATTLEFIELD TOURS
Saturdays, 10 a.m. (October - May)
All ages, FREE (Reservations not required)
Join a Loxahatchee Battlefield Preservationist docent on a battlefield tour and learn of the Second Seminole War battles that occurred here.

FULL MOON BIKE RIDE
Friday, March 6, 7 p.m.
Ages 8+, $10/participant (Reservations required)
Explore the park with a guided nighttime bike ride! After hours, get the chance to look at nature from the point of view of its nocturnal residents. Appropriate safety gear and water are required. Bring your own bike.

HISTORY IN THE PARK
Saturday, March 14, 10 a.m.
All ages, FREE (Reservations not required)
Join our non-profit group, the Loxahatchee Battlefield Preservationists, for a presentation by a guest speaker. Docents will conduct a walking tour of the battlefield following the presentation.

RIVERBEND PARK VISITS THE JUPITER LIBRARY: SOUTH FLORIDA WILDLIFE

Celebrate World Wildlife Day with Riverbend Park at the Jupiter Library! ADULT NIGHT HIKE

Ages 18+, $5/participant (Reservations required)
Join us for a guided night hike designed for adults to explore South Florida's unique ecosystems and nocturnal wildlife. Experience the thrill of nighttime adventure under the stars. Please bring good walking shoes, water, a flashlight and bug spray.

ARCHERY 101
Saturday, March 21, 9:30 a.m.
Ages 8+, $10/participant (Reservations required)
Join USA Archery-certified staff to learn a new skill! This exciting program teaches archery safety and proper equipment use before practicing on the range. Equipment is provided. Note: Bows may be difficult to pull for smaller children.

OPEN RANGE ARCHERY

Ages 8+, $10/participant (Reservations required)This program is offered to participants who have attended and successfully completed a basic archery course at Riverbend Park.
