Warrington co-publishes book for educators

Amber Warrington, associate professor of English teaching in the Department of Writing Studies, and director of the Boise State Writing Project, co-published a book titled "Disruption through Design: Professional Learning That Empowers and Ignites Change." This teacher-friendly resource guides educators in planning for collaborative inquiry with the goal of disrupting inequitable structures and traditions within classrooms and schools. Co-authored with Michelle Fowler-Amato, Warrington's new book offers a model of professional learning that respects teachers as authorities on classroom practice.
