Minneapolis, MN (September 10, 2026): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, will be participating in the Fall 2026 Housing First Minnesota Parade of Homes. The builder will be showcasing four model homes in four communities: Brayburn Trails East - The Park Collection in Dayton, The Estates at Rush Hollow in Maple Grove, Prairie Crossing - The Estates Collection in Otsego and Summerland Place - The Tradition Collection in Shakopee.

The Parade of Homes will take place Friday, September 11 through Sunday, October 4, 2026, from noon-6 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. During the parade, visitors can enter giveaways at each model and tour the featured model homes along with available move-in ready homes.

In The Estates at Rush Hollow, visitors can tour The Lotus model home at 14810 106th Avenue N., Maple Grove, MN. Visitors can explore the home's two stories, four bedrooms, five full baths, one half bath and four-car garage spanning over 4,400 square feet.

The Ontario model home in Prairie Crossing - The Estates Collection offers 3,481 square feet of living space with two stories, four bedrooms, four full baths, one half bath and a three-car garage. The model home can be toured at 7157 Landau Avenue NE, Otsego, MN.

Visitors can tour The Vermilion model home in Summerland Place - The Tradition Collection at 1542 Philipp Way, Shakopee, MN, and explore 3,002 square feet of living space with two stories, four bedrooms, four full baths, one half bath and a three-car garage.
