Traffic Advisory - Multiple Intermittent Lane Closures for Mulching April 14-16
CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (April 10, 2026) - There will be multiple intermittent lane closures throughout Charlotte County 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Tuesday, April 14 through Thursday, April 16 for work crews to add mulch in the median.
- U.S. 41 between S.R. 776 and Sarasota County Line
- Toledo Blade Boulevard between U.S. 41 and Hillsborough Boulevard
- S.R. 776 between U.S. 41 and Murdock Circle
Travelers should allow extra time when planning to travel through this area.
The Public Works Department reminds motorists to remain alert at all times and to exercise caution when traveling in the vicinity of construction zones.
