Paris, France, 13 October 2026 - On 25 October 2026, the National Football League will make history in France as Stade de France host's the country's first-ever regular season game, with the Pittsburgh Steelers facing the New Orleans Saints.
As the NFL continues to grow its fanbase across Europe, the Paris game marks another important milestone in the league's international journey, bringing one of the world's biggest sporting competitions to France for the very first time.
More than 25 Years of Partnership Between FedEx and the NFL
For more than 25 years, FedEx and the NFL have worked together to connect fans with some of the league's most memorable moments. What began as a U.S.-based partnership has evolved alongside the NFL's international expansion, with FedEx now supporting the league's growing presence across Europe, Australia and South America through the NFL International Games.
Having supported several NFL regular-season games in Europe in recent years, FedEx will continue its involvement at the NFL game in Paris on 25 October 2026, helping bring the NFL experience to French and European fans as part of a 2026 European slate that also includes games in London, Munich and Madrid. On gameday, a FedEx team member will have the honour of delivering the official game ball onto the field before kickoff, giving FedEx a unique role in one of the most anticipated sporting events of the year.
"As we bring the NFL to France for the first time, it's special to celebrate that moment with a partner that has been with us for more than 25 years," said Tracie Rodburg, senior vice president of global partnerships at the NFL. "Seeing a FedEx team member carry the game ball onto the field is a fitting way to recognize a partnership that has grown alongside the game for decades."
"It's incredibly exciting to see the NFL bring its first-ever regular season game to France. We've been proud partners of the NFL for over 25 years, and being part of this historic moment in Paris is a great way to celebrate that journey." said Jean-Christophe Damond, managing director marketing, FedEx Europe. "The opportunity for a FedEx team member to deliver the official game ball onto the field adds a personal touch and makes the occasion even more memorable for us."
Alongside its partnership with the NFL, the company supports a number of major sporting properties worldwide, including the UEFA Champions League, the FedExCup and the FedEx Open de France. Together, these partnerships reflect a long-term commitment to sport and create opportunities to engage customers, employees and communities through some of the world's most prestigious sporting events. These partnerships with top-tier sporting events reflect the core values of FedEx, including excellence, precision, consistency, and the ability to perform under pressure. Beyond brand visibility, they provide opportunities to strengthen relationships with customers, partners, employees, and society.
