Ivinson Avenue Closure Set for May 18-Oct. 15

Reconstruction of Ivinson Avenue will result in the closure of the street along and through the University of Wyoming campus starting Monday, May 18.

The closure will be between Eighth Street and 15th Street, to both traffic and parking, and is expected to last through Thursday, Oct. 15.

Access will be maintained to the "loop" around Knight Hall either through 12th Street or 13th Street from Grand Avenue. Access also will be maintained to the parking for Hoyt Hall as much as possible via either 11th Street or 12th Street from Grand Avenue.

This project includes replacement of sanitary sewer and water lines, storm sewer and all of the street surface.
