FEMA’s Alaska Call Center to Close for Veterans Day

ANCHORAGE, Alaska - FEMA's Alaska Call Center will be temporarily closed on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, in observance of Veterans Day. The center will resume normal operating hours on Thursday, November 12, 2026.

FEMA's Alaska Call Center's regular operating hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. FEMA Alaska Call Center's staff can be reached at 1-866-342-1699 to answer survivors' questions and provide further guidance. A Yup'ik interpreter is available to provide interpreting services on Thursdays from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
