DME MP NEET UG 2026 Round 1 Seat Allotment Result: The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh, has issued the provisional Round 1 seat allotment result for MP NEET UG Counselling 2026 on August 24, 2026. More than 15,000 candidates have been allotted seats in MBBS & BDS courses through the state-level counselling process. The allotted seat list can be seen on the official website dme.mponline.gov.in. The official PDF file contains candidate information, NEET All India Rank, MP state rank, category, allotted institute, course & seat category. Candidates allotted seats should complete their admission procedures by September 3, 2026.

Those candidates who have been allocated seats have to visit their respective colleges to be admitted by following all admission formalities by September 3, 2026. Those candidates who are not satisfied with the round 1 seat allocation may choose to resign or cancel and exercise upgradation preferences.

• DME MP Seat Allotment Letter (Downloaded from portal)
• MP Online Registration Slip & Choice Filling Acknowledgement
• NEET UG 2026 Admit Card & Scorecard
• Class 10 Mark Sheet & Certificate (Proof of Date of Birth)
• Class 12 Mark Sheet & Passing Certificate
• MP State Domicile Certificate (For state quota seats)
• Category Certificate (SC, ST, OBC-NCL, or EWS, if applicable)
• Income Certificate (Current financial year, for EWS/OBC-NCL)
• Special Reservation Certificate (PwD, Freedom Fighter, Defense, or Govt School Quota, if applicable)
• Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, PAN Card, or Driving License)
• Transfer Certificate (TC) & Migration Certificate
• Medical Fitness Certificate & Character Certificate
• 8 to 10 Passport-size Photographs (Same as uploaded in NEET form)
• Gap Affidavit (On stamp paper, if applicable)
• 3 Sets of Self-Attested Photocopies of all original documents
