12 00 AM IST - 28 Aug'26
The countdown to AP EAMCET BiPC Phase 1 seat allotment has started. Candidates awaiting college allocation can use tonight to prepare documents and check counselling details.
11 30 PM IST - 27 Aug'26
If you secure an upgraded seat in Phase 2:
Log into cap.apcfss.in and download your Phase 2 Provisional Allotment Letter.
Present this Phase 2 letter to your Phase 1 college administration.
The Phase 1 college is legally required to release all original certificates and refund/transfer any tuition fees paid to the Phase 2 college without charging cancellation penalties.
11 00 PM IST - 27 Aug'26
Web options saved during Phase 1 are completely wiped prior to Phase 2. All eligible candidates seeking a seat or an upgrade must submit a fresh list of web choices on cap.apcfss.in. If a candidate does not submit new choices during the Phase 2 option window, they will not be considered for any allotment in Phase 2.
10 50 PM IST - 27 Aug'26
AP EAMCET 2026 BiPC Phase 1 seat allotment result is scheduled for August 28. Candidates should keep their login credentials ready as the crucial allotment update approaches.
10 30 PM IST - 27 Aug'26
Seat allotment in Phase 2 is governed purely by state merit rank, category reservation, local region (AU/SVU), and the fresh order of web options entered. Phase 1 reporting status gives no priority boost over unallotted rankers; a candidate with a better rank participating in Phase 2 will secure an open seat over a lower-ranked student regardless of reporting status.
10 00 PM IST - 27 Aug'26
Candidates who failed to register, did not pay the processing fee, or had their certificates rejected during document verification are ineligible to participate in Phase 2. Furthermore, candidates whose Phase 1 seats were cancelled due to submitting fake/invalid category certificates cannot participate without rectifying their verification status at a designated Help Line Center (HLC).
09 30 PM IST - 27 Aug'26
Four specific candidate categories are eligible to participate in Phase 2 web options:
Category A: Candidates who were allotted a seat in Phase 1, completed self-reporting and physical reporting, but wish to upgrade to a higher-preference college.
Category B: Candidates who were allotted a seat in Phase 1 but failed to self-report or physically join (their Phase 1 seat is forfeited, but they can re-enter fresh options).
Category C: Registered candidates who were not allotted any seat in Phase 1.
Category D: Qualified candidates who verified their documents but did not enter web options during Phase 1.
09 00 PM IST - 27 Aug'26
Students eligible for state fee reimbursement schemes (such as Jagananna Vidya Deevena) must present a valid Income Certificate or White Ration Card during physical reporting to ensure zero/discounted tuition fee mapping on the portal.
08 30 PM IST - 27 Aug'26
Completing both self-reporting and physical reporting locks your Phase 1 seat. This reported seat remains fully secured while allowing you to participate in Phase 2 web option entry to explore higher-preference institutions.
08 00 PM IST - 27 Aug'26
If a candidate fails to report physically to their designated college before 5:00 PM on August 31, 2026, the seat allocation is automatically voided. The vacated seat automatically flows into the Phase 2 counselling matrix.
07 30 PM IST - 27 Aug'26
If you find any discrepancies in your allotment, personal details, category, or counselling status, candidates can contact the official AP EAPCET counselling authorities for clarification. The following helpdesk channels can be used to raise queries and seek assistance.

05 00 PM IST - 27 Aug'26
Once online self-reporting is confirmed, the system generates a digital receipt containing a unique Self-Reporting Transaction ID. Save and print this document; college authorities require it to confirm your admission on their server.
04 30 PM IST - 27 Aug'26
Log into the candidate portal on cap.apcfss.in using your AP EAPCET Hall Ticket Number and Date of Birth. Accept your allotment terms online and generate the Self-Joining Report and allotment order PDF.
04 00 PM IST - 27 Aug'26
Candidates allocated seats in Phase 1 must complete both Online Self-Reporting on cap.apcfss.in and Physical Reporting at the allotted college campus. Doing only one step renders your seat allotment incomplete and invalid.

BC Sub-categories (BC-A, BC-B, BC-C, BC-D, BC-E) show a steady rank relaxation margin of 3,000 to 8,000 ranks compared to Open Category cutoffs in university colleges, offering a valuable advantage for eligible reserved category applicants.
08 30 AM IST - 27 Aug'26
Historical data shows substantial cutoff relaxations for SC and ST candidates. In 2025, while OC ranks at mid-tier private colleges closed around 45,000, SC/ST category allotments extended up to 65,000-75,000+ rank across multiple private self-financing campuses.

06 00 AM IST - 27 Aug'26

Sri Padmavathi School of Pharmacy, Tirupati (SPSP), a premier private institution, is projected to have an OC closing rank ranging from 48,000 to 52,000 for B.Pharmacy. Its clinical Pharm.D program cutoff is expected to close much earlier due to limited seat intake.

09 00 PM IST - 26 Aug'26
Self-financing pharmacy seats in state universities like Andhra University (AU) and Sri Venkateswara University (SVU) generally see 100% allotment in Phase 1. Vacancies in these specific programs arise only when students clear NEET and opt for MBBS/BDS admissions instead.
08 30 PM IST - 26 Aug'26
If reserved category seats (SC, ST, BC-A/B/C/D/E) remain vacant after Phase 1 non-reporting, they undergo specific conversion rules in final counselling phases. Unfilled reserved seats are systematically opened to broader category pools according to government guidelines.
08 00 PM IST - 26 Aug'26
The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) is expected to publish the official vacant seat matrix for Phase 2 during the first week of September 2026. This notification will detail college-wise and branch-wise open seats.
07 30 PM IST - 26 Aug'26
Institutions offering Economically Weaker Section (EWS) seats maintain a 10% supernumerary quota. Unfilled EWS seats after Phase 1 non-reporting do not revert to general open pools; they remain reserved for eligible EWS applicants in Phase 2.
07 00 PM IST - 26 Aug'26
Based on previous trends, Phase 1 allotment fills over 85% of total university seats and top-tier private college options. Highly rated state institutes often achieve 95%+ occupancy in Phase 1, leaving very few unallocated seats for subsequent rounds.
06 30 PM IST - 26 Aug'26
The total seat capacity for BiPC candidates across Andhra Pradesh pharmacy institutions stands at approximately 14,500 seats for B.Pharmacy and 1,800 seats for Pharm.D. University colleges account for roughly 12% of this capacity, while private self-financing institutions hold the remaining share across AU and SVU regions.
06 00 PM IST - 26 Aug'26
Candidates often ask if they can retain their Phase 1 seat while participating in Phase 2:
Rule: According to official APSCHE rules, a candidate MUST complete both online self-reporting and physical college reporting in Phase 1 to retain their allocated seat.
Upgradation: Retaining the Phase 1 seat allows you to exercise web options in Phase 2 for better preferences. If a new seat is allotted in Phase 2, the Phase 1 seat is automatically cancelled and transferred. If no new seat is allotted in Phase 2, your reported Phase 1 seat remains fully secured.
05 30 PM IST - 26 Aug'26
The official deadline to complete both online self-reporting and physical college document submission is August 31, 2026.
Critical Rule: If a candidate fails to report to their allotted campus or complete online self-reporting by the deadline, their Phase 1 seat allotment will be automatically cancelled. The vacant seat will then be released into the Phase 2 pool.
05 00 PM IST - 26 Aug'26
When visiting the assigned college between August 28 and August 31, 2026, candidates must present the following documents:
AP EAPCET 2026 Rank Card & Hall Ticket.
Provisional Seat Allotment Order & Self-Reporting Receipt.
Class 10 (SSC) & Intermediate (10+2) Original Marks Memos.
Transfer Certificate (TC) & Study Certificates (Class 6 to 12).
Integrated Community Certificate (Caste Certificate) & Income Certificate / White Ration Card.
Residence Certificate / Domicile Proof.
Two sets of self-attested photocopies and passport-size photographs.
04 30 PM IST - 26 Aug'26
Completing online self-reporting alone does not finalize admission. Candidates must physically present themselves at their allocated college campus between August 28 and August 31, 2026. Verification officers at the institute will cross-check original documents against the submitted web application details before issuing an official Joining Receipt.
04 00 PM IST - 26 Aug'26
After viewing your allotment, you must complete the Online Self-Reporting step on the portal between August 28 and August 31, 2026. This digital step confirms your acceptance of the seat. Upon clicking "Accept My Allotment", the system generates a unique Self-Reporting Acknowledgement Receipt containing your transaction details.
03 30 PM IST - 26 Aug'26
With additional seat permissions granted to private pharmacy colleges for the 2026-27 academic year, total available seats have grown slightly. This expanded seat matrix, combined with candidates opting for NEET MBBS/BDS state counselling rounds, is expected to prevent sharp cut-off spikes, giving mid-tier rank holders competitive entry into reputable private institutes.
03 00 PM IST - 26 Aug'26
Candidate choice trends indicate higher competition for Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) programs compared to Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharmacy):
Pharm.D (6-Year Doctoral Course): Requires higher rank cut-offs due to limited seat intake per college (typically 30 seats per batch).
B.Pharmacy (4-Year Degree Course): Offers larger seat capacities (60-100 seats per institute), resulting in wider closing rank ranges.
02 30 PM IST - 26 Aug'26
Reviewing multi-year data helps project 2026 seat allocations:
2023: B.Pharmacy OC AU-region closing ranks at top state university campuses averaged ~4,200.
2024: High demand for Pharm.D pushed top government institute closing ranks under ~3,100.
2025: B.Pharmacy private college closing ranks settled around ~35,000 for General category seats.
2026 Projection: Increased seat capacity in self-financing institutions is expected to slightly relax closing ranks for private college admissions.
02 00 PM IST - 26 Aug'26
Analysis indicates a distinct gap in closing ranks between government and private institutions:
Government University Colleges (AU, SVU, JNTU): Expected closing ranks for B.Pharmacy are anticipated between Rank 1,500 and 8,000 for Open Category (OC) applicants.
Top Private Pharmacy Colleges: Expected closing ranks for OC candidates range from Rank 8,500 to 22,000, while reserved category closing ranks (SC/ST/BC) are projected to extend beyond Rank 45,000.
01 30 PM IST - 26 Aug'26
The automated admission algorithm determines seat allocation using four primary criteria:
Merit Rank: Overall AP EAPCET state rank scored in the BiPC stream.
Web Options Order: Priority order of choices saved by the candidate during choice filling.
Category Reservation: State quota rules for SC, ST, BC (A/B/C/D/E), EWS, and Special Categories (PH/NCC/Sports/CAP).
Local Area Rules: Domicile quota allocations divided between Andhra University (AU) and Sri Venkateswara University (SVU) regions.
